Crispy morning glory sale or in thai we call it " Yum Pak Boong Krob" in this recipe we will be frying morning glory to make it super crispy and then making a salad using chili paste and coconut milk creating a delicious crispy salad that's full of flavour

15 g.Chili paste
2 tbsp.Lime juice
2 tbsp.Fish sauce
1/2 tsp.Sugar

1 cloveGarlic
1 pc.Shallot

70 g.Mince pork
1/4 cupwater
4 cupvegetable oil

Blanch mince pork and shrimp until cooked • then making Tom Yum sauce chili paste + lime juice + fish sauce + sugar + coconut milk + shallot + garlic + chili and add mince pork and shrimp

Mix Crispy flour + salt and ice water • and mix morning glory with battle fry with medium heat until crispy • Done..!!😋😋
