Make a thin batter of besan, hlp of water and mix salt.

Heat oil in kadhai add hing pour batter and stir continue on medium flame.

Batter is thick consistancy, and raw smell is gone, stir slow flame. Batter is stick on kadhai so stir. Wet hand touch if batter is stick on hand it means 2-4 min more cook. Otherwise batter is almost cook.

Clean yr kitchn slab/, rolling board, /thali grease some oil and keep batter put on. Spread thin with hlp of hand or rollin pin.

Spread equally, and cooldown, totally. After cut into pieces as yr choice.

Heat oil add fenugreek seeds, and jeera sprinkled then add oinon and garlic paste, add turmeric, chilli powder, dhaniya powd mix and saute, till released oil. Add cut pieces and mix all over.

Fry and stir 5min. Sprinkle green coriander and garam masala. Serve hot in breakfst/in lunch as yr choice. With chutney. Add lemon juice (optionl)
