I’ve had Gobhi Parathe many times and every time it’s been cauliflower stuffed. Today I made for dinner with cabbage stuffing and the taste was yum. This is my contribution for the recent Bread Day observation

I’ve had Gobhi Parathe many times and every time it’s been cauliflower stuffed. Today I made for dinner with cabbage stuffing and the taste was yum. This is my contribution for the recent Bread Day observation
Steps

In a bowl add Whole wheat flour, add salt, a little oil and make a dough with water. Make a soft dough. Keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 5 mins.

Cut the cabbage fine and add to a bowl. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and mix well. Drain the water and set aside.

Roll the dough into balls. Make a dent in the centre and add the stuffing. Fold on all sides firmly and roll a Parathe with a rolling pin.

In a hot tawa roast the Parathe. Add ghee on each side and fry the Parathe. Set aside and complete the batch

Plate and enjoy with yogurt
