Chop Green Chillies finely & Chop Boiled Aloo in medium size pieces.

Then take a bowl, add 1 Cup Kuttu Ka Atta with 1 Teaspoon Sendha Namak & 1/2 Teaspoon Kaali Mirch Powder & first whisk them properly.

Then slowly-slowly start adding water & whisk it immediately so that no lumps are formed in the batter.

Add 1-1.5 Cups Water till batters consistency become flowing not too thick nor too thin.

Then add finely chopped Green Chillies & Aloo pieces in it & mix them carefully with spatula so that aloo doesn’t get mashed up while mixing.

Now take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, start adding batter with the help of small spoon in oil.

Don’t stir them immediately, let them fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute & then stir them.

First, there will be many bubbles in the oil but after sometime bubbles will disappear that means Pakode is fried properly.

Then turn off the flame & take them out in a plate.

Serve them with Dahi.

Your Kuttu Ke Pakode are ready to be served.
