I love to eat curd rice with sambhar. Its really healthy and light on stomach.
Steps

In a bowl add the cooked rice, curd and milk. Mix really well

Add in red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt.

Heat up ghee. Add in rai, jeera, green chilli and meetha neem. Pour over the curd and rice mix.

Mix it really well and its ready. You can eat it right now or let it chilli in fridge and then eat. You can even add some fresh coriander.
