Ingredients

15-20 mins
2-4 servings
  • 200 gmPaneer
  • 100 gmMawa
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1/4tspHaldi
  • 1/2 tspDhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tspJeera
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4tspDalchini powder
  • 1 cupTomato puyri
  • 1Onion paste
  • as neededOil
  • 2 tbspFresh cream

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut paneer in cubes. Heat oil and fry paneer cubes 2 -4min. Keep a side.

    Add jeera in oil sprinkled then add onion paste sauté add all massla amd water saute 2 mim, add tomato puyri oil released.

  3. 3

    Add mashed mawa and mix, 1 or min saute add paneer mix add water and boil. Add salt cook 5 min. Gravy is thickn.

  4. 4

    Decorated with grated paneer and fresh cream. Coriander leave also if you want othewise skip.
