In a big bowl take potatoes boiled chickpeas onion paneer and Coriander. Add mint leaves and put all the masala.

Mix well all the ingredients and form tikki out the mixture.

You can deep fry or cello fry the tikkis. Apply butter on the bun roast the bun both the sides. Apply green chutney on one bun and burger mayonnaise on other bun keep a slice of tomato and onion chole tikki and cheese slice. To enhance the taste you can sprinkle chilli flakes.
