  2. 1 cupDesi ghee
  3. 1/4 cupCashew
  4. 1/4 cupAlmonds
  5. 4 cupsWater
  6. 1/4 cupRaisin
  7. 200 gmsSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take ghee in a pan, when it got hot, add suji and fry it until it turns golden brown.

  2. 2

    On another flame take a pan and add sugar and dry fruits keep it on high flame until it boiled.

    Now add the above water syrup in suji with the care it will splutter.

  4. 4

    Now keep stirring untill it left the pan. Suji halwa is ready to serve.
