Heat ghee in heavy base kadai on medium heat, then add suji mix it well using spatula.

Once it turns to aromatic and golden which will take around 5 to 6 mins add milk and dried grape, stir continuously to avoid lump till milk is absorbed, then add sugar and cardamon powder.

Stir it till sugar is dissloved which will take around 1 min,then add almonds and cashew nuts. You can also garnish it with almond & cashew nuts. It can be served hot or room temperature.

You can add 2-3 saffron strands in 2tbsp of milk, add it with step 2 to make traditional kesar suji halwa.
