Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 2 tbspghee
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1/4 tspcadamom powder
  5. 1 pinch namak
  6. 1 tbspcrushed badam,cashew
  7. 1 tbspCranberries

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan, put ghee, put semolina saute till it's nicely done.

    Add 2 cups water and mix it well & cook on low medium flame.

  3. 3

    When the water is soaked, add sugar, salt & cardamom powder and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Suji halwa is ready. Garnish with dry fruits & Cranberries and serve it.
