  • 2sp rava/sooji
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 2sp jam/fruits crush
  • 2sp sugar
  • 1sp ghee
  • as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In kadai add ghee melt it and then add sooji and roast till it changes colour.

  2. 2

    Add milk and keep stirring it becomes thick add sugar melt it. Cool it for a while.

    In a pan add jam or fruit crush and heat it,it melt add this to kheer and mix it well. Add dry fruits, Payasam is ready.
