I actually wanted to make curry cauliflower but I didn’t have the ingredients. Instead, I came up with this concoction.

I made a loaded cauliflower bake once from a recipe I found. It was good, but it used cream cheese and that's not always "my thing". I thought something just seemed to be missing (I think it was the mayo). So I tinkered with ingredients till I figured out what I liked best and voila. Lol

My dad cooks the best one lol. I have this cauliflower sitting inside my fridge from two weeks ago and it’s time to cook it !!! It’s really simple and taste really good!!! I prefer to cooking with a homemade béchamel sauce but I don’t have the ingredients for and I’m using Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce, this días goes really good with white rice !!! Enjoy
