Chop the onion and Potato into big pieces.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard, let it crackle. Add Fenugreek seeds and asfoitida. Add chopped vegetables and salt. Do not cover. Cook it on low flame till vegetables are tender and cooked.

Once it is cooked, add red chilli powder. Mix it well. Let it cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with Roti or Bhakhari.
