Cut the plain tofu into cubes.

In a plate, mix the chickpea flour with the spices until well combined.

Coat the tofu cubes in the flour and spice mixture.

Heat a skillet and add about 3 turns of olive oil. When the oil is hot, cook the coated tofu for 4 minutes on each side.
