Steps

Take ghee in a pan, add semolina. Burn for few minutes till lite golden brown.

Boil water in another pan to piping hot. Then pour in the semolina and use a whisk and stir well.
Till all water evaporates and drain, add lastly sugar and Kesari milk along and keep stirring till all sugar gets dissolved. - 3
Add nuts to it and grease your flower mould and pour your Kesari sheera and tap well and serve in plate your Kesari la Sheera ready to be eaten hot and Relish and enjoy w loved ones. My all-time favourite.
