With some imitation crab sticks I had around, today I'm making a spreadable salad for bread. It's very easy and quick.
Cooking Instructions

First, separate the imitation crab sticks with your hands, then finely chop them with a knife. Finely chop the onion as well.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, chopped onion, and chopped imitation crab meat.

Slice the bread and toast it.
- 4
Once everything is ready, assemble the toasts. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with Parmesan cheese shavings. Delicious toasts!
