Steps

Mix the milk & sugar together and heat it until the sugar melts

Add salt to the flour and add the hot ghee and knead it

Add mixture of milk & sugar and knead a soft dough and then rest for about half an hour

After resting Start mixing shankarpali as shown
- 5
Heat the ghee at medium temperature and deep fry the shankarpali at low flame until reddish in colour (stir continuously)

The Sweet Shankarpali is ready
