Boil water with a little salt and oil.

Add the Hakka noodles, do it and simmer for five minutes.

Give it a mix in between so that it all goes well with the water and drain it in a vessel with holes.

Transfer this to a vessel with cold water.

In a pan, sauté corn in peace with a pinch of salt and cook for three minutes.

Now add vinegar and soya sauce.

Followed by sugar and give it a good mix.

Now it’s time to add drained, chilled noodles to the vegetables sauté well and serve with tomato sauce.
