Soak the dal overnight, before grinding, strain the dal 2 hours before it so that excess moisture will evaporate.

Grind the dal with 1 tsp water if needed, also add all mentioned spices. Grind it roughly.

Take wheat floor and Suji with this dal paste, Knead a tight dough

Leave it for 30 minutes so that Suji will puff up.

Divide the dough into small balls, roll out not thin not thick fried on medium flame,lightly press the dough with spoon so that puri will puff up. Enjoy this fried poori with any kind of gravy like aaloo or kaddu or pickle.
