  • 4chicken (cut into 4 each)
  • 16Maggi cube
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspcurry
  • 3 tbspthyme
  • 10chopped garlic
  • Fresh grated ginger
  • Bay leave
  • 3 tbspcumin
  • 3 tbspcoriander
  • 2 tbspRosemary
  • 2grated nutmeg
  • 2 tbspfennel seed
  • 2 bottleg/oil

Steps

3 hours
  1. 1

    Wash the chicken thoroughly using vinegar

  2. 2

    Add all the listed ingredients, put into a refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour

  3. 3

    Boil the chicken for 15 - 30min

  4. 4

    Fry in a deep oil.
