Tahini chocolate chip cookies
Simple and quick with an amazing flavour.
Steps

Pre-heat your oven to 180°c/350°F

Roughly chop your chocolate into small chunks (i used an almond dark chocolate because it's the only dark chocolate i could get at the time)

In a bowl, add your tahini and honey and mix it together
- 4
Add the chocolate and brown sugar and mix
- 5
Add the oats and mix until thoroughly combined
- 6
Take some of the dough and roll into a ball roughly the size of a golf ball. Place it on a tray covered by tinfoil or baking paper. Lightly flatten them.

Put in the oven and cook for 10 minutes
