Steps

Take milk in vessel & boil till warm

Crush cardamom & nutmeg

Take a pan add ghee and as it melts add wheat flour and suji...roast till golden and smells..then add Gond powder and roast well for 5/7 minutes

Then add warm milk gradually after 2 boil add curd & malai

Now the milk will leave water let it boil..in other pan take sugar let it melts without water. Sugar will melt and change its colour to brown

When milk reduces to less than half add caremalised sugar elaichi and nutmeg powder..and mix properly till pan leaves mixture..will take an hour for all process

Now it's ready make any favourite shape and garnish with chopped almonds
