Per boil the rice n drain in a colander. Grind the tomatoes, pepper, tattashe n onion n deeply fry in hot oil. Add in the tomato paste and add water.

Put in the Maggi, spices and a pinch of salt. Grate a little fresh ginger, garlic n tumaric n add to it. Allow to boil n pour in the perboiled rice.

Wash the green beans, green pepper and peel the carrot back. Cut into desired shapes n add to the rice when the water is almost drain. Complete cooking in a low heat.
