Dates Dryfruits roll

First cut dry fruits like almond, cashew, waltnut and pistachio into pieces (pieces shouldn't be too small). Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits for 2 mins only on medium flame.

Again heat 1 tbsp ghee in pan and roast seedless dates for 2 mins. Then mix already roasted dry fruits in dates. Fry them together for a minute with continuous stirring and should mix well. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Take out the mixture in a greased plate and beat it for a minute. Now take small portions and give them shapes as required. I've given them cylinderical roll.

Garnish them with pistachios and serve homemade healthy and tasty dry fruits rolls this diwali.
