Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Mix well to make a dough non sticky dough

Roll it into rope shape and shape it as seen in the pic

Kip it in a warm place to double in size

Sprinkle some flour on working surface

Flat d dough into circular shape

Place a pan on gas add little oil and put your pateera when done turn d other side.

Serve with hot tea or any sauce of your choice
