Nariyal Ladoo

Heat ghee in a pan or kadai add dessicated nariyal saute 2 to 3 min.

After this add almond and cardamom powder just saute add milk

Now add sugar stir continuously on medium to low flame.Cook this for 4 to 5 min.also add milk powder.

If the consistency of the nariyal barter is thin then add little more nariyal powder stir well. Off the flame.

Now divide the barter into three parts. Add 2 to 3 drops of yellow and red colour in each part. Third part remains the same I.e white.

Take small portion of the barter and make a roll shape like ladoo. Within 5 min.your colourfull ladooes are ready.
