8 ozdiced chicken breast
4 tbspwhipped cream cheese
1 cupalmond milk
1/2 cupParmesan cheese
1 tbspminced garlic
2 tsponion powder
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbspcreole seasoning
to tasteSalt and pepper

Dice chicken and cook in a skillet adding onion powder, garlic powder, creole and parsley. When the chicken is cooked add minced garlic, cream cheese and almond milk and cook till it’s all combined together. Add Parmesan cheese and continue to cook till it’s all melted. Add cooked pasta and top with green onion or parsley.
