Ingredients

30 minutes
4-6 servings
  • for dough
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 1/2 cupwater or as required
  • For Qatlama
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1 tbscumin seeds roasted and crushed
  • 1 tbscoriander roasted and crushed
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspyellow food color
  • 1/2 cupwater ot as required
  • 1 tbsdried pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cupgreen gram soaked
  • oil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, add salt wheat flour, maida, cooking oil, water and mix them, then keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    In another bowl, add gram flour, salt,egg,yellow food color,red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and mix them.add water and make a batter.

  3. 3

    Now, roll out the dough with rolling pin, then add prepared masala, dal mong, pomegranate seeds and let it fry.
