Cooking Instructions

First, brown the ground pork with a little oil and cover it, while you chop all the ingredients.

As it dries and starts to brown, add the potatoes without mixing and cover for about three minutes. Stir to add the onion, again without mixing. Cover.

Uncover and stir to add the peppers, then stir and cover again for about two minutes. Add the tomatoes, stir, and season with salt and cumin with pepper, and let it cook for just three more minutes... Personally, I don't let the tomatoes or peppers cook completely because we like them to be crunchy, but that's up to personal preference..
