Steps

Break egg and whisk. Sieve flour baking soda and baking powder, mix well. Create a well at the centre, add in the egg then your milk slowly as you whisk to your desired thick consistency. Add a tablespoon of oil and mix

Heat a non-stick pan, when hot add in your oil. Scoop the batter, I did a quarter cup, don't spread it out.

Cook on both sides till brown. Serve hot
