Firstly in the pan add oil, in it add cumin seeds and red chillies, let them crackle for 30 sec.Now in it add chopped onion,saute it until for 2 mins

Then in it add green chillies, chopped ginger - garlic.Saute it for 2 mins. Until aroma comes out of it.

Then after that, tomato sauce should be added. Give a stir then add all the masala's : cumin,red chilli,turmeric, pepper powder and garam masala.Mix them properly. Then add salt and little bit of sugar to enhance the flavour and balance the taste.

Here after that add all the veggies one by one : tomato, capsicum,onion etc.Mix them all

Now atlast add 2 tbsp of paneer.Mix them. Then atlast add paneer.Cut the paneer in long strips shape.

Now add some green onion on top of it. slow the flame.Cook it for 5 mins in low flame.

Paneer which is literally "Jhaal" is ready to serve hot
