One of my favourite cake. You can prepare it and make it your favourite too..
Steps

In a cup take half cup of milk & add few drops of green food colour. Mix it and keep it aside.

Now take a large bowl add add sugar, yoghurt, ghee. Whisk together everything well.

Now keep a strainer over the bowl and add aata, baking powder, baking soda. Strain them and mix everything well, by adding milk little by little.

Donot add the milk at a time. Now add chopped pistachios and again mix everything well. Now add pista essence to it. Mix everything well.

Now for pre-heating, take a kadai with it's base covered with salt and a stand over it. Cover it and pre-heat the kadai for 3 mins on high flame and then 7 to 8 mins. on medium flame.

Till the time, it gets pre-heated, grease a cake tin with some oil & sprinkle some maida over it. Dust the excess maida. Now pour the batter into the cake tin. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios and some dried rose petals over it.

After 7 mins open the lid and place the cake tin over the stand. Cover the lid immediately and bake it on a low flame for about 35 to 40 mins. Your cake is now ready. Check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, then it's done. Demould it only after it cools down completely. Cut them into pieces and serve them.
