2large chicken breasts
1small onion
1/2red, green and yellow pepper
1/2 cupred cabbage
1large carrot
1 tspchilli flakes
Few green beans and peas
1/2 cupspinach
Salt and pepper to tastes
1small tomato
Oil for frying

Cut and slice your chicken breast and veggies

Put oil in a pan and add chicken, salt and pepper.

Fry your strips till soft and brown.

Add the rest of the ingredients and keep tossing in the pan for 5-10 min
