Cauliflower Nuggets
A (sort of) healthy alternative to chicken nuggets.
Steps

Chop the cauliflower into pieces.

Whisk the egg with the salt, garlic and chilli.
- 3
Dip the cauliflower in the egg mixture then dunk it into the breadcrumbs. Make sure it is coated on both sides.

Heat up the oil in the pan and add the cauliflower. Fry it on both sides until it is golden brown and enjoy.
