Cauliflower paratha

Make a dough of wheat flour.

For prepare stuffing- add green onion and grated cauliflower in a bowl add all ingredientes mentioned above.mix well.

Take a portion from dough,roll it like thin roti,keep aside. Now roll another thin roti place/spread stuffing all over the roti (leave the sides).Cover with another prepared roti, press gently and roll lightly with rolling pin so the stuffing will not come out.

Heat tawa put little oil on it place rolled parantha and roast from both sides nicely, apply ghee or butter on it serve hot.
