  • 300 gmbaby new potatoes
  • 6carrots, rinsed peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbssalt, pepper and crushed chilli seasoning
  • 1boneless lamb shoulder
  • 2lamb stock cubes
  • 3 tbsmint sauce
  • 400 mlboiling water

    Warm slow cooker by switching on high

  2. 2

    Rise new potatoes without peeling, quarter and layer in the bottom of the pot

  3. 3

    Layer carrots on top of potatoes and season

  4. 4

    Place the lamb on the vegetables

  5. 5

    Dissolve the stock cubes in the water, Sir in the mint sauce and poor into the pot

  6. 6

    Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Optionally thicken with 1tbs cornflour at the end whilst still boiling,
