Ingredients

15-20 minutes
  • 1 lb.Sausage (Neeses or Jimmy Dean)
  • 10Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz.Monterey Pepper Jack (Land O'lakes is best or kraft)
  • 3 cupsJiffy flour mix
  • Texas Pete

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Let sausage and cheese get to room temperature. Place in gallon ziplock bag, knead until mixed well. Add couple of good shakes of Texas Pete. Mix well. Add 1 cup of jiffy, mix well. Then add another cup, mix well. And the the last cup of jiffy, mix well. When all Jiffy is mixed well, roll out onto pastry sheet. Cut into small biscuits, place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, 15-20 minutes.
