1) In the big bowl mix all the ‘Bread’ ingredients and make soft dough.

2) let dough rest for 2 hours and as shown in the pics (steps) make the Santa face shape.
3) once your are done let the dough rest for 15 mins before baking apply egg wash to the bread and bake it for 15 mins at 180 degrees. Enjoy with tea or coffee time. - 3
Note : Santa’s hat add little “Beetroot juice / red color to egg/milk” and apply on the hat.
