Roast tomato,remove its skin and chop roughly

Remove peels of overnight soaked almonds,in the grinder,grind black peppers, garlic and almonds first

Then add tomato n catch up,grind it.Then add lemon juice,mashed potatoes,salt and oil,grind it to make a smooth paste.Adjust tastes according to your taste.

Spread,Almond spread on bread slices evenly. Top with Vegetables of your choice.Grill or Toast in preheated oven at 200 for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot.
