Steps

First of cut meat into medium piece. Wash it and put in pressure cooker, add water, salt cover it and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Cut fresh spinach and wash it. Put in strainer.

In a pan take oil heat up. Add garlic paste, cook for few seconds then add tomatoes.

When tomatoes cooked halfway add spinach leaves, sprinkle salt, mix it properly.

When spinach cooked halfway add meat, mix and Cook til spinach cooked properly. Put the flame low at this stage.

Check when cooked properly take it out and serve with roty and yogurt.
