  1. 4 1/4 ozbread or brioche (about 120 grams)
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/4 cupmilk (about 60 ml)
  4. 1 packetvanilla sugar
  5. Brown sugar
  6. Cinnamon
  7. 1pat of butter

Cooking Instructions

    In a dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla sugar.

    Slice the bread into 3/4-inch thick pieces.

    Let the slices soak in the egg and milk mixture until fully saturated.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Once hot, add the butter. Before it browns, cook the soaked bread slices.

    Flip them regularly until both sides are golden brown.
