Chicken khaoosay

Prepare curry. Blend 1/2 bowl yogurt, baisan 4 tbsp, haldee powder 1tsp, zeera powder 1/2tsp, lal Mirch powder 1 tsp together. Heat the pan with little oil and ginger garlic paste. Pour the blended yogurt and give it a boil. Then cook it properly for at least 2 hrs. Add water if required.

Prepare boneless chicken, fry chopped onions in a pan, then add chicken with ginger garlic paste till it changes its color. Add all spices (chilli flakes, lal Mirch, Kali Mirch, dhaniya powder, salt) fry it a little more then add tomatoes and 3 to 4 green chillies, cook it on a medium flame till chicken tenders. Separate oil on high flame.

Prepare spaghetti. Boil then in water with little oil and salt.

Now make plates for serving. First add spaghetti, then curry and in the last chicken on it. You can add chips as well on it.
