  • 1 largepiece Chicken thigh meat
  • 2 tbsp☆Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp☆Sake
  • 1 tbsp☆Mirin
  • 1 tsp☆Honey
  • 1 tsp☆Sesame oil
  • 1 piece☆Grated garlic
  • 1 pieceworth ☆Grated ginger
  • 1 dash☆Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbspKatakuriko
  • 4 tbspFlour
  • 1Frying oil

Steps

    Cut the chicken into big bite-sized pieces. Put the chicken and ☆ seasoning into a bowl and marinate with your hands. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for an hour.

    Put flour and katakuriko in a plastic bag and mix well. Add the chicken after patting it dry. Hold the opening of the plastic bag tightly and shake well ☆ By doing this, you will coat the chicken well without getting your hands dirty.

    Heat the oil to 170~180°C. Pat any excess flour off of the chicken and put it in the oil! Do not fry too much at once.

    In about 4~5 minutes, when the chicken is golden brown, remove them from the oil and onto a cooling rack.
