Here is another [ Just ....] recipe! At a glance, it looks like squid served at a Chinese restaurant. I had that in mind when I made this.
User "Mami" used this recipe and her photographs look great. The way she cut the lattice made them look exactly like squid.

Ingredients

  1. 1Kamaboko processed fish product
  2. 1 tspOyster sauce
  3. 1 dashWeipa
  4. 1 dashHot water
  5. 1 dashSesame oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Score the kamaboko with a 5mm lattice pattern. Dissolve the Weipa stock in hot water.

  2. 2

    Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry the kamaboko. Add oyster sauce and Weipa and it's done.
