Steps

Mix semolina, gram flour n curd n let sit for 10 minutes.

Add carrot, capsicum, chillies, coriander leaves, bottle gourd n mix.

For tempering heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, hing, white sesame seeds. Pour this tempering in batter.

Add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric,sugar and lemon juice.

Make quenelles using two spoons. You can give any shape.

Fry these in hot oil on medium flame till brown n crisp. Serve with green chutney!
