This is a basic soboro that my family has made for a long time . You add it to omelettes, put it on rice, and be creative. It really livens up a bento.

The ginger is what really makes this soboro, so please try and use it. You can also use ginger juice. Make sure to let it thoroughly cool and before freezing! Recipe by YUZUMAMAN

  6. 1 tspGinger (grated)

Cooking Instructions

Mix the ingredients marked with ◎, and add it to a pan with ground chicken, mixing it all together before turning on the heat (this avoids clumping).

  7. 7

It taste great on top of warm rice.

  8. 8

You can also use it like this in your children's bentos.
