Originally, I came up with this recipe for my son's baby food. It tasted so good that I added a little ginger to create a dish for myself.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the tofu to preferred size. Cook gently in boiled water for 2~3 minutes. Drain in a colander lined with paper towels.

Combine the ☆ ingredients. Pour into the saucepan. Heat gently and stir well until thickened. Add the ground ginger and stir well. Pour the sauce over the prepared tofu. Garnish with chopped scallion and serve.
