Ingredients

1 hour 30 min:
6 servings
  • 1/2 kgMutton
  • 4medium tomatoes. Fine slice
  • 3medium potatoes.1 in 4 pieces
  • 2carrots cut in thick circles
  • 1/4 cuppeas
  • 3 sticksfresh garlic. (cut into fine slice)
  • 1 Tbspoon fenugreek leeves.(methi)
  • 3medium onion slice
  • 1 tspheep red chilli powder
  • 2 Tbspcoriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cupghee/oil

Steps

1 hour 30 min:
  1. 1

    Take a pan heat ghee or oil. Add onions and fresh garlic and fenugreek leeves and salt.

    Stir till onion become golden brown.Add Mutton.

    When Mutton change its colour, add red chilli powder and coriander powder.

    Add tomatoes and half cup water, cover and cook at low flame for 10 min:

    When tomatoes are soft, mix and stir continuously (bhuney),till gravy smooth and oil separated.

  6. 6

    Now add all vegetables and potatoes, mix for 5 minutes.

    Add water for gravy. aprox: 2 glass, put at low to medium flame for 10 min: or till curry done.

    Serve with both chapati and rice.
