I cook the #carcasas with water for over 2 hours until it turn to a rich and delicious stock and use the stock to make this delicious and warm soup.

Ingredients

  • Leftover cooked chicken
  • Leftover roast veggies
  • Stock from chicken carcasses
  • 1/2 cupmacaroni
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspfishsauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 1 handfulchopped coriander Ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring your stock to boil, add your leftover meat and veggies in. Stir well.

  2. 2

    Boil your macaroni follow instruction until cooked, drained and leave it aside.

    Add your macaroni into the soup saucepan and seasoning with soysauce, fishsauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Bring it up to boil for a few minutes then add sesame oil and turn the heat off.

    Sprinkle with coriander and ground pepper before serve
