This is a bread recipe that is very soft and fluffy plus it doesn't require eggs.
Steps

Add 5 cups of flour to a bowl, one tablespoon of powdered milk, 2tablespoon of sugar and a quarer teaspoon of salt

In a cup add lukewarm milk, a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoon of yeast and leave to ferment for 5 minutes. Then add fermented yeast to the dry ingredients

Cover with a plastic wrap and leave mixture to rest for 20 minutes before applying margarine to it.

Knead dough for 10 to 20 minutes till dough becomes elastic and bounces back when poked. Cover dough with a plastic wrap and leave to rise for 50 minutes after which put into bread pans and leave to rise for another 50 minutes before being put into a preheated oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

After which our bread is ready
